Construction Estimator Position Summary: As a Construction Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in the pre-construction process, ensuring budgets, plans, and deadlines are aligned for project success. This position calls for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and thriving under deadlines. Construction Estimator Responsibilities: Analyze project requirements, develop accurate budgets, and provide advisement on construction projects. Collaborate with designers, developers, and trade partners to align progress drawings with budgets and project scopes. Conduct detailed data analyses to support informed project decisions. Work with pre-construction and project management teams to hire subcontractors and vendors that meet specifications. Maintain an up-to-date industry cost database for reliable forecasting. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management. Apply knowledge of project management systems, including scheduling, estimating, and procurement. Construction Estimator Requirements: Knowledge of the construction industry and operations. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a drive for continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in construction and/or estimating. Ability to work onsite. What’s in It for You?
