Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking an Epic Application Analyst - Beacon and Research to join their team. As an Epic Application Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams in enhancing application systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Epic Application Analyst - Beacon and Research

What's the Job?

• Provide problem-solving and implementation skills to support complex application systems.
• Ensure all systems are fully tested before implementation into production.
• Document and describe complex processes and procedures related to current and future systems environments.
• Train and educate users on system functionality and capability.
• Provide 24x7 application support on rotation as needed.

What's Needed?

• Certification in Research and Beacon.
• Experience in system analysis and design.
• Strong documentation and specification development skills.
• Ability to mentor and train end users effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
