**Job Title:** Medication Aide - Wadsworth Campus - Assisted Living/Memory Care
**Certification Required:** Must have Medication Aide Certification through the Ohio Nursing Board

**Schedule:** Days: 7am-11:30am, with options for additional shifts

**Position Summary:**
The Medication Aide assists with personal care and medication administration under the supervision of LPN/RN, while monitoring resident conditions and documenting changes.

**Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school education or equivalent preferred

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in good standing

• Current Medication Aide Certification

• Weekend/Holiday rotation may be required

**Physical Requirements:**
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical tasks, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. Must be able to make independent decisions and respond to emergencies.
