Looking for a "Hunter" Outside Sales Representative with technical manufacturing sales, a passion for building relationships and closing deals with OEM's in the Northeast part of the U.S., for our metal enclosure clients' growing outside sales team.

"Hunter" Outside Sales Representative Tasks:

• Develop and achieve sales targets; OEM Targeted
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals
• Be the key liaison between the customer and internal production and engineering managers
• Work with engineering and production managers to ensure success of new product sales
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

"Hunter" Outside Sales Representative Profile:

• A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Metal Enclosure Fabrication experience a PLUS.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A "Hunter" building new business and growing existing business.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
