Job Description

Pharmacy Intern at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR.

Per Diem/Variable Shift

Under the direct supervision of a staff pharmacist, has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patients quality of life. In this effort, learns the contemporary practice of hospital pharmacy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or having graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy.

  • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License Or

  • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist Intern License
