Position Title: Traveling Superintendent

Location: Southeast region

Pay: $95K-$140K

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Our clients are Top ENR general contractors and developers seeking talented Superintendents nationwide. They offer a competitive salary + bonus, excellent benefits, and additional perks! We have multiple clients for direct hire roles seeking Traveling Superintendents to travel throughout the Southeast region. We also have opportunities that include nationwide travel.

This is for experienced construction superintendents who have prior experience working for a licensed general contractor on commercial projects.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the projects
• Serve as the leader for all on-site safety, managing a safe job site for all involved
• Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project
• Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
• Organize facilities/utilities

Requirements

• Experience: Ground-up, remodel/TI of offices, restaurants, big box retail, grocery stores, and related commercial buildings; Tilt-wall desired
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Project and Procore (file sharing)
• Stable work history and good tenure with references
